Big Beers Lodging Information 2008
Below are the lodging sponsors and rate packages offered for our participants and attendees. There may be additional offers available as we get closer to the event. For further information, feel free to Contact Us. Please join us in appreciating and supporting our generous sponsors whenever possible!
Vail Marriott Mountain Resort – 715 West Lionshead Circle, Vail, CO
Hotel Rooms – Our host for the weekend (except Thursday night dinner), the Vail Marriott is a full service, newly renovated hotel with all amenities, and close to Vail Mountain. Their rate for the Big Beers attendees is $209/nt + tax and parking, more than a 50% discount. Call 970-476-4444 and ask for the “Big Beers” rate.
Simba Run – 1100 N. Frontage Rd W, Vail, CO
Condominiums – Very nice, with shuttle bus service from the hotel to the village regularly throughout the day as well as being on the Vail free bus route. For a multiple night stay, they are offering a rate of $299.00 (plus parking @ $10/nt) for a 2 BR/ 2 BA condo with full kitchen and pull out sleeper sofa. For a single night, the same accommodations will be $348.00. Let them know that you are with the Big Beers Festival. Any questions, ask for Michele Davis, Reservations & Sales Manager. 1-800-746-2278
Lionshead Inn – 705 West Lionshead Circle, Vail, CO
Hotel Rooms – This is the third year these guys are on board, and they have very much
stepped up to our “beer mug”! They are a small property with a really good location: across the street from the Marriott. in-town bus route, down the street from the Lionshead/ Gondola Base Area of Vail Mountain. The Lionshead Inn is springing for $129/nt Valley View/Annex rooms and $139/nt Mountain View rooms with the mention of the Big Beers Festival. You can
make reservations at 800-283-VAIL. Any questions, ask for Adam, the Manager.
The Roost Lodge – 1783 N. Frontage Rd W, Vail, CO
Hotel Rooms – Thank goodness for one of our old standbys. These guys are not going to be torn down quite yet! They are offering a $109/nt rate and I am eternally grateful for their continued support! On the Vail bus route (free!) and the most affordable that I can ever hope for during ski season. Mention the Big Beers Festival to get the rate. Any questions, Juan is the Manager and Lester & Eva, Owners.
