As of December 1, 2009 both the Calibration Dinner and the Brewmasters’ Dinner are sold out. Please contact Laura Lodge to be added to the Wait List. It is historically the case that many people on the Wait List can be accommodated. In addition, Left Hand Brewing is hosting a Brewmasters’ Dinner at Dish! in Edwards on Thursday night independently of the Big Beers Festival, and we understand it was a terrific event last year!
Because the dinners are sold out, none of our packages are available. However, there are many different activities included in your Saturday event pass (4 Seminars & the Commercial Tasting) and the Welcome Reception is open to pass holders as well. In addition to these 6 events/activities, the Cicerone Workshop on Friday morning is free and open to the public. And Chef Adam and his team at the Cascade will be doing some food pairings in conjunction with the Atwater Tavern menu and Tenth Anniversary Commemorative Big Beers on draft! So do not despair that you cannot experience “Big Beers Weekend”…. Your Saturday Event Pass is your ticket to much of our world of Big Beers!
Please note that tickets can be purchased by credit card through our online ticketing processor, or through alternate payment options by contacting Laura Lodge.

Lionshead Inn – 705 West Lionshead Circle, Vail, CO
Hotel Rooms: 800-283-VAIL. – This is the fifth year these guys are on board, and they have very much
stepped up to our “beer mug”! They are a small property with a really good location: across the street from the Marriott, on the in-town bus route, down the street from the Lionshead/ Gondola Base Area of Vail Mountain. Good people and the best value in town we have to date! The Lionshead Inn is springing for $159/nt Valley View/Annex rooms – holding from last year - and is also offering rooms in their main lodge for $189/nt (down from $259). Get your Big Beers room rate with the mention of the Big Beers Festival. You can make reservations at 800-283-VAIL. Any questions, ask for Benjamin, the Manager.
Holiday Inn/ Apex Vail – 2211 North Frontage Road, Vail, CO
Hotel Rooms & Condos – Back with us again this year, the Apex Lodge/ Holiday Inn in West Vail offers the flexibility of lodge rooms or condominiums nearby the local restaurants and grocery stores of West Vail. In addition to running their shuttle to the event host resort every 30 minutes, the Holiday Inn is also on the free Vail bus route. Offering rates of $149/nt for a standard lodge room or $249/nt for a condominium, their reservations desk can be reached at 866-317-APEX. Mention the Big Beers Festival to access these special rates.
The Roost Lodge – 1783 N. Frontage Rd W, Vail, CO
Hotel Rooms: 970-476-5451. It’s a decade of support, and we truly appreciate the dedication of our sponsors. We certainly wouldn’t be able to do it without them! This year, as last year, the rate is $119/night. On the Vail bus route (free!) and the most affordable that I can ever begin to hope for during ski season. 970-476-5451 and mention the Big Beers Festival to get the rate. Any questions, Juan Fregoso is their Manager.
