Cancellations may be refundable for dinner tickets if they can be resold. A wait list will be maintained for each dinner. [Processing fees cannot be refunded.] Again, contact Laura Lodge.

Please note that tax and gratuity are not included in the $200 price. For the total inclusive of these costs, add $6.62 for tax and $15.40 gratuity for each dinner. Therefore the package total is $200 + $44.04, or $244.04.

Please also note that Seminar seating is not guaranteed with this package. Seating is first come, first seated after those with reserved seats.  Those not seated may not be able to taste the beer and/or food being featured with the seminar. In order to guarantee your seminar seats you must purchase a reserved seat for a $10 donation to the Vail Valley Charitable Fund (or purchase a reserved seat package).
